Summary: Digital Menu Book is a pay-as-you-go service. You can cancel anytime, but we do not issue refunds for any reason. When you cancel, you simply won't be billed again.
1 Overview
This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made for Digital Menu Book subscription plans. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this strict no-refund Policy.
2 Subscription Plans
Digital Menu Book offers straightforward billing models:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed every 30 days. Automatically renews each month.
- Annual Subscription: Billed once every 12 months at a discounted rate. Automatically renews each year.
- Free Plan: Available with limited features at no cost. No payment or cancellation required.
All subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
3 Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time instantly through your account dashboard (or by contacting support).
3.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will not be charged at the next renewal date.
- You will continue to have full access to all features you paid for until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to a Free Plan or deactivated.
Example: If you are on a monthly plan and cancel on the 15th, you retain full access until the end of the month. No further charges will be made.
3.3 Annual Plan Cancellation
If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, access continues until the end of the paid annual period. There are no partial-year refunds.
4 No Refunds Policy
All charges are non-refundable. Because we offer a robust free tier for you to fully test Digital Menu Book before deciding to upgrade, we do not issue refunds for any paid subscriptions.
There will be no refunds or credits for:
- Partial months of service
- Upgrade/downgrade refunds
- Periods where you did not actively use the application but had an active subscription
- Accidental renewals (you are responsible for canceling before your renewal date)
- Change of mind
If you experience a critical, prolonged service outage caused entirely by our infrastructure that prevents you from using the service, we may, at our sole discretion, issue subscription service credits to your account.
